Biography
I completed my BS in Psychology from Utah State University, after which I attended BYU where I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2008. I completed a doctoral internship in 2008 at Texas Tech University, and I was employed as a staff psychologist and an Assistant Director for Outreach from 2008 to 2017. In June 2017 I returned to BYU as an Assistant Professor with Counseling and Psychological Services.

My research interests involve group therapy, suicide prevention, and psychotherapy outcome.Teaching Interests
